Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Jingyang, Shaanxi, China. As a licensed export trading company (Foreign Trade Operator Reg. 05201422, Customs reg. 61019609W5), we handle complete export documentation and international logistics coordination.

Shipping Methods

  • Sample Orders (1–3 bricks): China Post ePacket / DHL Express — 7–21 business days
  • Wholesale Orders (carton+): Sea freight (FOB/CIF) or Air cargo — transit time varies by destination
  • OEM/Custom Orders: Shipping method negotiated per contract

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: shipped within 3 business days
  • Custom/OEM orders: 15–30 business days production + shipping

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. For wholesale/OEM orders, freight is quoted separately in your contract.

Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide all necessary export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate where required).

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. For sea freight orders, we provide bill of lading and vessel tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will coordinate with the carrier for claims and arrange replacement or refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
